For 2012 we offer a variety of health insurance options through Active Univera and a range of Met Life Products including dental, disability and life insurance.

• New members need to apply within 30 days of joining the Chamber.
  
  
• New employees need to apply within 30 days of hire or within 30 days of becoming eligible to receive insurance through their company as per company guidelines.
  
  
• Employees need to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  
  
• Original applications must be received by our office at least 30 days prior to the first of the month effective date.
  
  
• All plans are billed quarterly and subject to a processing fee.
